Director, Global Education Services

As our Global Education Services Director at Philips Ultrasound, you will spearhead the comprehensive Education and Training strategy while leading a diverse team of talented professionals across various countries. You will be responsible for delivering innovative internal and external education and training programs and your team will focus on clinical, sales, and technical training on a global scale, as well as managing project and product initiatives aimed at enhancing the Education customer experience and platforms.

Your role:

  • Collaborates closely with the Product Management teams for Cardiovascular, General Imaging, Access & Obstetrics, and Services, to oversee the Education & Training deliverables throughout the product development and maintenance processes. In addition, you will work in conjunction with regional teams to ensure the effective dissemination of training initiatives. Your team will guarantee that both our internal teams and external customers have access to the latest tools and resources to optimize their experience with the Philips Ultrasound portfolio.

  • You will manage the P&L, product management, and go-to-market strategy for current Education Services, including clinical and biomedical education, and develop a roadmap for future offerings. This opportunity involves championing the educational experience across all Philips Health Systems businesses, ensuring consistency and excellence in customer education across various modalities.

  • Sets education services priorities based on region, employee, and customer feedback; partners with services IT and Center of Excellence to ensure global education services meet Ultrasound needs; meets education services productivity and customer satisfaction goals; manages Ultrasound customer education portfolio as well as partners with project managers to identify outcomes and design training and education learning paths and content plans for new product introductions.

  • Support regions in deploying customer education professional services as well as establish and scale the Ultrasound knowledge management strategy.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in people management leadership roles, with strong track record in growing and developing teams.

  • Your skills include managing and optimizing P&Ls, preferably in the Education Services space, and clinical credentials in the Ultrasound space are preferred.

  • You have a Bachelors or Master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Education, Marketing, Health Sciences, or related discipline preferred.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $160,000 to $275,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
