  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Slack).

  • Strong;

  • interest in learning and working with new technologies, particularly within the digital finance space.

  • analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to assist in evaluating system performance and suggesting improvements

  • Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to work independently in a hybrid office/remote environment, with a keen attention to detail.

Department:Harvard FCU Digital OpsPre-Employment Screening:Credit, Criminal, Education, Identity, Prohibited PartiesSchedule:Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.Job Function:General Administration Position Description:The Digital Platforms Specialist at Harvard Federal Credit Union plays an important role in supporting the maintenance, testing, and innovation of our Digital Banking Platform (Alkami), mobile apps, and other integrated digital solutions. This position helps ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our digital banking services by contributing to platform performance, system activity tracking, and the optimization of available features. Reporting to the VP of Digital, with oversight from the Digital Platforms Lead, this role involves assisting with daily operational tasks, as well as supporting ongoing and long-term digital initiatives.

  • Assist with routine maintenance and testing of the Digital Banking Platform (Alkami), mobile app, and other associated digital solutions, helping to ensure their functionality and performance.

  • Contribute to troubleshooting and resolving platform-related issues, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to support smooth operation and minimal downtime.

  • Support the tracking and reporting of system activity, helping to monitor platform usage, identify key metrics, and assess overall platform performance.

  • Contribute to efforts aimed at optimizing the use of system features, helping to identify potential improvements and offering recommendations where appropriate.

  • Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to track open tickets and support the resolution of platform-related issues in a timely manner.

  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for new platform features or updates, ensuring they meet business needs and are ready for broader release.

  • Help gather and organize user feedback to understand pain points, identify opportunities for service improvement, and contribute to enhancing the digital banking experience.

  • Provide support for internal teams with documentation, training, and troubleshooting, ensuring they have the resources to effectively use the platform’s features.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on digital banking performance, system activity, and feature usage for relevant stakeholders.

  • Perform other job-related duties as needed
