Additional Information:This is a 40-hour/week, overtime-eligible position.
This is a hybrid position which we consider to be a combination of remote and onsite work at our Boston, MA based campus. HBS expects all staff to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per week and departments provide onsite coverage Monday – Friday. Specific hours and days onsite will be determined by business needs and are subject to change with appropriate advanced notice.

Program Planning and Execution
Lead planning, logistics and feedback for industry-specific and specialty programs. Work closely with sector manager and students for effective program delivery.
START programming:
Support Assistant Director for all logistics in this all-class, all-week event; including, but not limited to working with operations, section chairs, sector leads and media services, finalizing content, scheduling rehearsals with Sr. Managing Director and CEC Director; staffing CPD info table
Career Days Programming:
Resource Fair and Industry Panels; collaborate with the Assistant Director to manage planning and all event logistics
Coordinate with sector lead and Assistant Director to decide on program date, book room(s), work with Ops and Catering on room set up and food, assist panelists and launch program (day of)
Section Connection Programming:
Support the Assistant Director in scheduling and coordinating 1st Year Section Connection programming
Book rooms, coordinate with sector leads and CPD Student Advisors, finalize content, launch content in room day of
Sector Support - Recommended industries:
Entrepreneurship, Consumer Products, Hospitality, Retail, International Students
Support sector leads in scheduling and managing logistics for all programs
Ensure students indicating interest in these sectors are notified of relevant programs
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work with other HBS departments, including Operations, Media Services, and Catering to ensure appropriate operational support for programs.
Program Evaluation and Development
Measure program effectiveness in conjunction with the Assistant Director to evaluate existing programs and recommend new initiatives based on emerging trends and student needs.
Evaluate and expand on-demand program offerings, working with the Assistant Director to identify areas for continued expansion.
Innovate on ways to provide EC class support.
Student Website & Communications
Content and Marketing Collaboration
Work with the CPD Marketing team to ensure that all career program content is timely, relevant, and accessible across multiple communication channels, including the student website and newsletters.
This role is responsible for other duties as assigned.
