Philips Change Management Lead in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Change Management Lead (Cambridge, MA)

We are transforming from a product-led to a managed service-led approach, helping customers optimize patient monitoring solutions at scale. As the Change Management Lead (Director level), you will drive organizational transformation, ensuring seamless adoption of new business models through strategic change management.

Your role:

  • Change Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to support the shift to managed services, identifying impacts, risks, and success metrics.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and execute a stakeholder engagement plan, ensuring alignment across teams through regular communication, workshops, and strategic interventions.

  • Communication & Training: Lead communication and training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to transition successfully.

  • Change Implementation: Oversee the execution of change initiatives, ensuring timely, within-scope, and on-budget delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Resistance Management: Identify and address resistance to change through coaching, mentoring, and sentiment monitoring.

  • Performance Measurement & Reporting: Establish KPIs to track change adoption and effectiveness, providing data-driven insights to leadership.

You're the right fit if:

  • 8+ years of experience in change-management for large-scale transformation programs, ideally in managed services.

  • Must have experience in business strategy, transformation, organizational change, communication, or clinical transformation in hospital settings.

  • A Bachelor’s degree with a Change Management certification from a recognized organization; Change Management Trainer certification is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, paired with strong presentation and facilitation abilities.

  • A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset, with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives effectively.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in (MA) is $148,960 to $255,360

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
