Biologist (Invivo Rodent Studies)

Location: Cambridge, MA (Onsite)

Shift: M-F 7am-4pm

Type: Contract 18/months

Pay: $41/hour max, depending upon experience

Must Haves:

• Undergraduate/Bachelors Degree

• 1+ year experience in performing in-vivo rodent studies required.

• Prior experience with rodent surgery, blood collection, and tissue harvesting highly desired

  Responsibilities:

• Execute rodent studies as part of a collaborative in-vivo team.

• Perform in-vivo activities including monitoring, dosing, surgical support, sample collection, and ex vivo analyses.

• Make observations, evaluate data, interpret results and document in a well-maintained laboratory notebook.

• Demonstrate understanding and application of relevant scientific literature. Participate in the coordination of assigned research with other teams as necessary to ensure the completion of the teams research projects.

• Comply with standard laboratory practices and company policies.

• Presentation of results and conclusions both orally and written.
