Our client, a leading educator, is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant II, you will be part of the Department of Psychology, providing administrative and financial support to multiple faculty members. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional support.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant II

Location: Cambridge, MA

What’s the Job?

  1. Provide a wide range of administrative and financial support to faculty members.

  2. Prepare materials for publications, grants, and presentations.

  3. Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.

  4. Maintain accurate and organized electronic and paper files.

  5. Serve as the primary administrative contact for students, staff, faculty, and external customers.

What’s Needed?

  1. Business training or college degree, or equivalent education plus experience in an office environment.

  2. Three plus years of office administration and customer service experience preferred.

  3. Strong MS Office skills.

  4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally with diverse constituencies.

  5. Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion.
