We are searching for an FMS Management Analyst to support The Precision Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201) in the California, Maryland office.
Functional Description: Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and
prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Assist the Case Manager in the development, planning, and execution of BPC and Standard FMS cases
Assist Case Manager with PMA-201, NIPO, DSCA, and USN and DoD leadership communications
Assist the Case Manager with the development, assembly, and quality assurance of briefs for internal and external stakeholders, including utilizing appropriate dissemination control markings
Develop, edit, and route correspondence to international partners
Maintain correspondence database, including tracking international partner response due dates
Assist Case Manager in planning Program Management Reviews (PMRs) including corresponding with meeting site to coordinate visit requests, attendee invitations, site hospitality, and parking requirements
Take live meeting minutes and Action Items (AIs) during Program Management Reviews (PMRs), telecoms, and other meetings with the international partner.
Edit and QA meeting documents with input from the government
Maintain database of AIs to track all items from inception to closure
Begin the development of AI responses with appropriate SMEs to ensure AIs are answered on time. Inform international partner if responses will not be provided on time
Communicate pending due dates for responses for AIs assigned to the international partner
Coordinate and participate in working groups, meetings, and conferences with other Program Managers, PMA offices, Program Executive Offices (PEOs), Navy, other DoD and International Agencies, and industry to coordinate program plans, road maps, and reviews of potential technologies that may aid in accomplishing program requirements
Scope of support will include classified meetings, and may require CONUS and OCONUS support and travel
Assist in the development, review, and QA of Statements of Work and CDRL exhibits
Assist in creating Program Initiation Documents, attend meetings in support of contracting efforts including Case amendments and modifications
Provide input, adjudicate comments, and create adjudication letters for CDRL Deliverables
Maintain CDRL database to ensure industry is providing CDRLs according to the delivery schedule
Assist the government in approving CDRLs within the schedule defined on the exhibit
Request and provide input for data calls and recurring meeting chart
Assist in performing technical evaluations of supplier proposals

Required Education: A Bachelor's Degree or allowable substitutions is required for this position. Allowable substitutions include an Associate's degree and four years of additional experience or six years of additional experience with no degree.
Required Experience: This position requires three to ten years of experience.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
