Position Overview

Shaw Sports Turf Marketing Intern Job Description

The intern is to assist in all marketing activities throughout the summer and potentially into the fall of 2024 . The below is a list of activities that are possible, but the activities are not limited to this list alone. The intern will provide assistance in moving brand awareness and brand initiatives forward, and will provide assistance with upcoming product launches.

Provide assistance in sales support

Provide writing, editing and concepting assistance as needed

Physical assistance with preparing items for trade shows or meetings

Assist with website updates as needed

Run marketing related errands as needed

Attend meetings and calls with Shaw Sports Turf team members

Assist with sample fulfillment, does require some physical activity.

Requirements:

• Currently Enrolled in a College or University with a relevant field of study

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication & relationship building skills

• Excellent problem solver with good attention to detail

• Must possess excellent organizational and planning skill

• Well-developed, effective project management skills

• Good presentation skills

8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
