Job Title: Aircraft Structural Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Structural Technician to join our MRO team. This role involves rebuilding panes, brackets, skins, doublers, and assembling sheet metal components for sub-assemblies on Dash 8 and Q400 aircraft. The technician will be moved around the facility as projects arise.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild aircraft structural components such as panes, brackets, skins, and doublers.

• Assemble sheet metal components for sub-assemblies on Dash 8 and Q400 aircraft.

• Perform heavy maintenance tasks as required.

• Read and interpret aircraft plans and blueprints.

• Report and document any damages observed during maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in aircraft structures.

• Experience with aircraft sheet metal, riveting, and aviation assembly.

• Proficiency in aircraft maintenance, specifically on Dash 8 and Q400 models.

• Ability to perform heavy maintenance tasks.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting aircraft plans.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Licensed Aircraft Structures Technician with 5+ years of experience, or 10+ years of unlicensed experience.

Compensation

• $50.00 - $52.00 per hour

• $75 per diem daily

• Hotel Accommodation provided

• Car Rental & Gas covered

• Flight or mileage covered

• Weekly Payroll cycle

Work Environment

First shift: 6AM-2:30PM, Monday to Friday

Second shift: 2PM-12:30AM, Monday to Thursday
