Successful candidates will have a once-in-a-career opportunity to be a part of the opening of our new Residential Center for Healing and Resilience, a 64-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF) for youth, at our beautiful 258-acre Hands of Promise Campus in Idahos Treasure Valley.

Our Youth Care Providers:

  • Provide care and supervision to youth residents
  • Help with youth orientation
  • Guide and support youth in carrying out daily activities such as morning routines, chores, homework, meal times, group activities and evening routines
  • Implement the treatment strategies\ Provide a consistent, safe and supportive environment to help youth manage behavioral and emotional responses
  • Builds positive relationships with youth by providing a consistent, supportive presence and engaging youth in ways that demonstrate respect, care and belief in their potential
  • Carry out duties and tasks in accordance with the programs standards and procedures (SAPs)

Must Haves: YCP I

  • At least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Idaho drivers license or obtain one within 15 days of hire

YCP II:

  • At least 21 years of age

{=html} <!-- --> - 2 Years of Experience as Direct Care Staff in Residential Setting, or - Associate\'s Degree and some experience as Direct Care Staff in Residential Setting, or - Bachelor\'s Degreein a Human Service or related field - A valid Idaho drivers license or obtain one within 15 days of hire

YCP III:

  • AT least 21 years of age

{=html} <!-- --> - 3 Years of Experience as Direct Care Staff in Residential Setting, or - Associate\'s Degree and at least 1 year experience as Direct Care Staff in Residential Setting, or - Bachelor\'s Degree in a Human Service or related field and some experience as Direct Care Staff in Residential Setting

All Day and Swing shifts will work Sat and Sun
