Gem State Staffing-Caldwellis seeking an experienced Material Handler for a local manufacturing company. This temp-to-hire position is located in Caldwell, ID. Excellent employer with a great reputation in the community.

Material Handlers are responsible for overseeing the transportation, preparation, and staging of materials for daily production. Among the duties of this position are to load, unload, and move materials, to track inventory levels, and to maintain workstation supplies. This includes the documentation of the products as well.

Requirements:

• Experience with forklifts is preferred, but not required.
• Maintain an adequate supply of materials and supplies at assembly workstations.
• Assist with the processing of orders, handling inventory management tasks, and facilitating the retrieval of components.
• Ensure that materials are staged and delivered on time and accurately in accordance with production schedules.
• Ensure that material usage records are kept meticulously and participate actively in the scheduling process.
• Ensure that you are capable of following management instructions diligently while at the same time working independently to meet predetermined schedules.
• Assist in the general maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform various tasks, such as standing, kneeling, sitting, and climbing stairs.

Details

• Monday-Thursday: 4:00pm-2:30am. Might work some Fridays.
• You\'ll train on the morning shift, then switch to swing shift.
• Temp-to-hire opportunity
• \$20.00/hr
• Weekly payroll, every Friday for last weeks hours
