Today, we are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join our team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Draft contractual letters and correspondences on demand with clear, concise, and factual content.

  • Formulate, evaluate, and keep track of project records.

  • Support in drafting exhaustive claim reports, Variation proposals, & other contractual assessments in a timely fashion.

  • Support generating and updating contract and claim management reports to business partners and management.

  • Align overarching & case-specific claiming strategies with Lot Contract Managers and ensure proper implementation.

  • Support in ensuring the fulfillment of contractual obligations and proactively identifying events where the company’s rights need to be protected.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering specializing in Project Management or Bachelor of Law with proven construction law professional experience.

  • Proven 5 -8 years of experience within the contacts management domain in the construction industry preferably with EPC delivery methods.

  • Excellent knowledge of contract law and general standard contractual wording

  • Solid knowledge of contract management principles and practices in the construction industry.

  • Understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing construction contracts.

  • Capability to prioritize tasks, administer multiple contracts simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in analyzing contract terms, project records, and claim management reports to identify potential risks or issues.

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
