Hyatt Group Sales Manager in CABO SAN LUCAS, Mexico

Description:

Responsible for Group and Convention Sales, as well as achieving pre-established goals under a specific assigned business market, utilizing appropriate sales programs and procedures and carrying out multi-faceted projects.

Operational Responsibilities:

  1. Is in charge of receiving leads and knowing the correct procedure for taking information from requests.

  2. Correctly enter Group requests into Envision or the operating system being used.

  3. Elaborate the group proposals according to the productivity potential of each client, based on the recommendation of the Envision system and the DBRs to see each special case if required. Responsible for the delivery and follow up of such proposals.

  4. Send proposals also through external platforms or tools to the company, as the case may be.

  5. Strengthen the business relationship with clients through personalized attention to TOP account contacts.

  6. Conduct Public Relations activities with decision makers with the different commercial firms and potential clients in order to translate their relationships into sales.

Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position

Advanced English

Bachelor's degree

Experience in luxury hotels

Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels of management.
