Philips Strategic Sales Support (m/w/d) Hospital Patient Monitoring in Böblingen, Germany

You will work closely with the HPM business and global regions to support Strategic Projects and sales enablement tools and processes.
You are responsible for
Providing technical & clinical expertise through solution demonstrations of our solutions, products, services and consumables. To internal colleagues during trainings or expert sessions or to end customers.
Delivering excellent sales presentations, face to face or remotely of our solutions.
Providing expert support and coverage as 2nd line support of the Medical Sales Response Center (MSRC).
In collaboration with the Sales Enablement team, supporting markets winning Strategic Sales projects by:
Hosting customer visits in Böblingen
Visiting customers on-site, when requested by the market
Providing strategic & expert input such as configuration, vision, competition, positioning, partnerships, best practices, advice on quoting of proposals (including contracts and LCM), etc to support markets in tenders & commercial projects, for equipment, services & consumables.
Facilitating discussions with the business and product marketing representatives.
Providing expert input for Installed based CLV/LCM plans
Attending and providing input for events and congresses.
In collaboration with the extended marketing team, creating content for sales training & customer facing documents, collaterals, etc.
Providing feedback into the value proposition creation, product development and launch process by strong collaboration with the Category and Product Managers.
Contributing to the Competitive squads by collecting, validating and consolidating competitive insights.
Contributing to the production and/or updating of solution playbooks.
Contributing to the development & maintenance of sales enablement tools to improve the productivity and quality of the sales force, such as:
Online Solution and Ordering Guide 2.0
Opportunity Finder
CLV – FastMyplan and other Lifecycle Management tools & programs.

You are part of the Marketing team of the Hospital Patient Monitoring business, whose purpose is to differentiate Philips HPM to the right customers, generate qualified demand through engaging campaigns and provide support to our colleagues in the market to realize the full value of our offering, increase our winrate and ultimately generate order intake.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, applied sciences or equivalent
Experience in marketing technology, healthcare or medtech products or solutions
High proficiency in marketing processes and tools and the surrounding organization
Strong project management skills, and ability to a broad network of stakeholders across the business and region, with accurate documentation of translation and localization efforts
