ManpowerGroup Packaging Supervisor 2nd Shift in Byron, Minnesota
Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to join their team. As a Packaging Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations department supporting the Packaging team. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, team leadership abilities, and hands-on experience implementing operational processes, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Effectively manages production area to meet all operational goals in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, etc.
Coordinates daily production activities and resources to ensure daily objectives are met.
Works with team to identify and resolve issues to enhance employee safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compliance.
Develops team and builds an effective operating culture by utilizing a performance management process that sets expectations, ensures on-going coaching, and assesses an employees' performance.
Understands the production standards for production area, is accountable for managing production area shift to ensure objectives are met.
What's Needed?
Previous experience as an operations supervisor or similar role
Hands-on experience implementing operational processes
Excellent project management skills
Knowledge of operational principles and policies
Organizational skills and attention to detail
