Location: 850 76th Street S.W. - Byron Center, Michigan 49315 Job Description: Position Summary: This position will be responsible for leading the development, creation, and testing of promotional deal management, enhancements and reporting tools. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our merchandising strategies through delivering comprehensive merchandising solutions. What You'll Do: * Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs. * Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept ideation and requirement gathering to design, development, testing, and release. * Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering teams in building high-quality merchandising enhancements and reporting tools. * Implement effective testing methodologies, including A/B testing, usability testing, and beta testing, to optimize product performance and customer satisfaction. * Present complex concepts and rationales for product decisions clearly and persuasively across different audiences including senior leadership. * Partner with IT and business stakeholders to deliver features. * Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. What You'll Need: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus. * Proven track record of at least 5-10 years in product management, preferably within, retail, e-commerce or technology sectors. * Proficiency in utilizing data analytics tools to derive insights and inform decision-making. * Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. * Creative problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset. * Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptability in a dynamic business environment. * Strong attention to detail and end-to-end ownership. * Ability to travel up to 25%.
