About the project:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will join an international team of engineers responsible for developing, testing, and deploying advanced applications for a leading industry client. You will be proficient in both frontend and backend development, using technologies such as React JS, Nest.JS, Spring Boot, or Ktor. You will handle end-to-end feature delivery in multi-cloud applications, ensuring seamless integration and performance.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain web applications using React JS for frontend and NestJS/Node.js

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including international colleagues, to define, design, and ship new features.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Implement new application features.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.

• Implement and manage automated testing platforms and unit tests.

• Participate in the deployment process and ensure applications are smoothly transitioned to production environments.

• Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Take broader responsibility beyond core skills, contributing to various aspects of the project lifecycle.

• Optional on call support rotated within the team for developed software

Requirements

• Proven 3+ years of experience as a Web Application Developer

• Proficiency in React JS for frontend development

• Proficiency in NestJS/Node.js for backend development

• Knowledge of AWS, GCP, preferably multi-cloud experience

• Experience with modern web application architectures and design patterns

• Knowledge of full-stack development

• Knowledge of CI/CD and test automation solutions is a plus

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, with strong self-leadership

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to work beyond core skills and take broader responsibility for project tasks in a cross-functional team
