Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Work-from-home days Growth opportunities We\'re looking for a Scheduling Coordinator with scheduling experience to join our growing team. Our Scheduling Coordinators work together with other Administrative staff to ensure that staffing needs are met. We are seeking individuals who enjoy working in an organized, fast-paced & collaborative office environment, & who are able to multitask effectively while prioritizing workloads. Responsibilities: Manage the scheduling needs of the department. Manage employee vacations & time off from work. Weekends( remote)& holidays when necessary. Track employee attendance records & overtime hours. Strong Communication skills with families & clients Schedule meetings & events for the department.
