Description

Robert Half is recruiting for a rapidly expanding manufacturer who is on the lookout for a solution-oriented Financial Analyst to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a knack for numbers coupled with crucial business acumen to enhance financial and operating performance.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with various departments such as Operations, PMO, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to comprehend and enhance the financial and operational performance of the business.

Maintain and enhance current financial models, including the operating cash flow model for efficiency.

Develop, sustain, and enhance standard reporting competencies across Indirect, SGA, Inventory, and CAPEX Reporting.

Actively participate in the inventory cycle counting process, including review of variances, and processing of financial adjustments.

Assist in fostering a strong internal control environment, including review and analysis of work in process (WIP) inventory.

Partake and oversee aspects of monthly financial Close, including but not limited to analysis & narrative, journal entries, account reconciliations, and standard reporting.

Detect opportunities within the team and business for process enhancement and implement those efficiently.

Able to shoulder additional projects prioritized by either business or department needs.

Job Requirements:

A degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

2-3 years of work experience particularly in manufacturing industries.

Proficient in financial modeling and reporting.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Working knowledge of financial software.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
