Overview

The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for supporting in-store graphics and innovation purchasing for new, relocations, remodels and roll out programs. Assist in ordering, tracking, rectifying delivery and installation issues for 100+new stores, remodels, and rollout programs.
A Day In The Life:

• Creating store specific POs for new stores, remodels, relocations and refreshes, and roll outs

• Tracking and rectifying any deliveries or installation issues

• Reviewing site surveys for graphic placement, shortages, delivery and transportation issues and return trips. Escalate problems as necessary to ensure awareness and assistance with resolution

• Follow up and respond to all graphic request emails and projects

• Track/communicate project milestones to ensure all timelines are met and partners are informed

• Work closely with innovation team with the objective of meeting or exceeding project schedules, budgets and quality standards
