work hours: 4 PM - 12 AM

Responsibilities

Troubleshoots problems with the facility and facility equipment.

 Requisitions repairs or recommends replacements based on diagnosis of problems.

 Supervises and coordinates installations and/or repairs of equipment, electrical, gas, air, water, and

sewer by working with outside contractors.

 Works to expedite installations and/or repairs to avoid delays in production.

 Obtains competitive quotes from reputable and quality vendors when pricing for goods and/or

services.

 Assists in the training of operation of facility equipment.

 Maintains an ongoing preventative/predictive maintenance program for facility and facility equipment.

 Maintains an organized parts inventory.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time
