Position Description:

This role requires a highly skilled individual with a deep understanding of Test Data Management, strong technical abilities, and a strategic mindset.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise-wide Test Data Management (TDM) solutions utilizing tools such as K2View, Delphix, Informatica TDM, CA TDM, and IBM Optim.

• Develop and execute TDM strategies, processes, and best practices for new initiatives, including TDM process implementation, tool migration, and enterprise-level TDM onboarding.

• Ensure TDM solutions seamlessly integrate with various database platforms (SQL, Oracle, DB2, IMS Mainframes, NoSQL DBs, SAP) and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google).

• Implement robust Data Governance and Privacy measures within the TDM framework.

• Provision high-quality test data for Performance Testing, User Acceptance Testing, QA Testing, Application Development, and other non-production environments.

• Demonstrate thought leadership by defining and driving TDM strategies and best practices.

• Leverage programming skills (Java/J2EE, Python, scripting) to enhance TDM solutions.

• Collaborate effectively within Agile development methodologies.

• Contribute to Continuous Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using DevOps tools (Jenkins, Groovy, Hermes).

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Experienced Tests Data Management Consultant/Architect having worked in large scale projects. 10+ years’ experience

• Experience in implementing Test Data Management solutions with tools like K2View (must), Delphix , Informatica TDM, CA TDM, and IBM Optim across enterprises levels.

• Contribute strategies on new initiatives like - test data management (TDM) process implementation, tool migration, onboarding TMD at enterprise level.

• TDM solution is designed to work with various types of Databases (SQL, Oracle, DB2, IMS Mainframes, No SQL DBs, SAP etc.) along with TDM solution implementation in cloud (Azure/AWS/Google) DBs and Data Lake.

• Good Hands-on experience working on Data Governance and Privacy Implementation.

• Provisioning required Test data for Performance Test, User Acceptance Test, QA Test, Application Development, and other Non-Production Environments

• Thought leadership - Defining test Data management strategies, processes and best practices.

• Programming skills - Java/J2EE, Python or any scripting languages

• Experience on Continuous Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing and Continuous Deployment using various DevOps tools - Jenkins, Groovy, Hermes etc.

• Experience in agile methodologies.

Good to have:

• Knowledge with ETL tools like Informatica PowerCenter, IBM Data stage, Azure data factory, Apachi NIFI

• Good knowledge of transport/Logistics domain.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $96,500-$165,500.
