Summary:
Meta’s Reality Labs Global Sales Organization is looking for a Go to Channel Planning Program Manager focused on supporting the growth of the Metaverse & Wearables businesses through (1) Regional Planning Program Management, and (2) Channel Sales Execution Readiness & Operations across our four sales channels — Global Retail, Telco, Direct to Consumer and Commercial. The right candidate will possess program management, organizational, analytical, and drive for results rigor– as well as have the skill to effectively plan, track, and communicate cross functionally across all levels of an organization. This person will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter, and have experience managing complex product launches and go-to-channel initiatives— with focus on driving sales results, meeting milestones, and measuring success along the way.

Go to Channel Planning Program Manager Responsibilities:
Regional Bottoms Up Planning Program Management --- Bring process rigor & execution rigor to ensure the on-time development, delivery, and communication of core work outputs for NPI Launch Readiness & Seasonal Planning.
Global + Regional Promo Planning — Establish and run Sales Incentive planning rhythm of business / key processes to drive strategic alignment and execution rigor of consumer sales incentives. Partner across XFNs to track status of key materials and dependencies to ensure on time delivery of critical milestones/ partner ready GTM materials.
Promo Planning Calendars — Create and manage consumer Sales Incentive readiness schedules and linear checklists as part of a unified, seasonal go to channel timeline.
Promo Performance & Contingency Planning — Track and report Consumer Sales Incentive status updates and continuously update timelines when changes occur. Drive contingency planning, priority negotiation, problem solving, and escalations as needed.
Promo Execution Operations — Lead development, delivery & sharing of key execution materials including partner comms, street date letters, MAP updates, and execution trackers.
Workstream Communications—Lead rhythm of business, communications flows and change management to drive alignment and awareness of key changes as they happen with cross-functional teams.
Workstream Risk Management & Mitigation — Identify risks, perform necessary due diligence, update plan of record documents, and socialize changes to stakeholders
Workstream Project Planning —Create detailed project plans outlining all tasks, timelines, and dependency requirements at the right altitude. Automate where possible for efficiency. Monitor / track progress against goals and adjust as needed. Hold teams accountable.
Minimum Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in Category Management, Channel Sales, Channel Marketing, or Product Marketing
Business acumen and demonstrated project management/program management skills
Experience with multi-channel business, inclusive of consumer electronics retail, telcos, B2B Commercial resellers, and direct to consumer channels across online and B&M sales motions.
Organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
BA/BS in Business or Marketing related field (or similar work experience).

MBA/ Master Degree.
Public Compensation:
$116,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
