• Employee will be operating the hogger (power auger)
• They will be operating the machinery properly and ensuring potatoes are loaded safely into the back of trucks with minimal damage to products.
• Employee will need to have a mechanical background as you will also do minor fixes on machinery when it needs it such as: gearing, belts, and wiring faults.
