Responsible for providing clerical assistance to the credit administration department and assisting with requests for all on-site appraisals for commercial and agricultural properties held as collateral. Maintains approved appraiser files and required documentation. Reviews collateral evaluations, including those relating to special assets. Ensures the appraisal process follows required policies and procedures which are legally compliant and support the objectives of the Bank. Assists Appraisal and Review Specialist directly and Bank personnel as necessary
