The role you’ll contribute:

Provides analysis of financial statement trends. Assists in annual HMA budgets. Prepares reports as needed, reviews work for reasonability, and producing highly predictable results.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Provides analysis of financial statement trends.

· Assists Regional Financial Director, Physicians’ Services Southwest Region in data gathering for HMA budgets.

· Prepares reports as needed, reviews work for reasonability, and producing highly predictable results.

· Uses cost/managerial accounting to review and explain productivity reporting to non-financial people.

· Prepares monthly dashboards.

· Assists in the preparation of board presentations.

· Meets expected timelines in data gathering and report production as set forth by the Regional Financial Analyst and AVP of Physician Services.

· Evaluates the reimbursement of Southwest Region payors to ensure payment accuracy.

· Assists in annual inventory report preparation.

· Assists in the preparation of Pro formas.

· Maintains appropriate communication with all levels of management.

· Assists directors/managers in understanding financials.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

Minimum qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in health or business administration.

Minimum of one year of health care experience in accounting related duties, claims and customer service.
