Insight Global Technology Project Coordinator in Burbank, California

Job Description

Assigning request and responding to the updates. Client focused communication-very responsive individual

Typically receives 20 tickets per day on average

Experience with Avid is nice to have or helpdesk experience is nice to have-working with post production is nice to have.

Assist Avid Manager and Project Manager(s) with project planning and resource allocation.

-Work with Avid Manager to assign tickets and escalate to leadership when necessary

-Communicate with Production users on ticket status, intake, follow up and scheduling

-Update communication channels with status on production tickets, open issues and requests

-Schedule resources and send out invites for awareness for scheduled tasks and support items

-Watch the Ticket queue through Jira Service Manager to ensure tickets are getting responded to, and escalate to leadership before SLA is breached

-Work with Program Managers, Project Managers, and Managers (as needed) to coordinate and schedule calls for projects - specifically when leadership is required (Director and above).

  • Assist by ensuring all respective Project Manager / Program Manager teams are tracking or have completed tasks tied to prescribed dates for Avid tasks and projects

  • Assist with communicating and requesting resources across teams when additional support is needed

Skills and Requirements

  • An experienced coordinator(3-5+ years) preferably from a dynamic production support environment

  • Able to multitask in a highly complex, diverse environment

  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills

  • A team member with good interpersonal, verbal and relationship building skills

  • A generalist who can perform many different tasks

  • Experience as a Executive Admin, Coordinator

  • Well-versed in Microsoft Outlook an MS Excel

  • Technologies: Keynote and PowerPoint (strong keynote experience preferred)

  • A collaborative spirit, especially as an expert at getting things done, all with a positive attitude

  • Ability to pivot and support a wide range of critical projects as they arise

  • Highly organized, proactive, and service oriented

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and thus able to explain and document the systems to their diverse audiences.

  • Good interpersonal and relationship building skills.

  • Experience with ticketing/service desk tools (SysAid, JSM, Service Now)

Would be helpful if candidate is familiar with Jira Service Manager (new ticketing system)

  • Onsite in Burbank

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred - prior studio/entertainment experience null
