Disney Entertainment International Content Strategy & Operations Intern, Summer/Fall 2025 in Burbank, California

The International Content Strategy & Operations (“ICSO”) team partners with the international regional teams, finance, content planning and analysis, direct-to-consumer, and other TWDC stakeholders on optimizing the strategy and operations related to non-US content for TWDC’s digital streaming services throughout LatAm, EMEA, and APAC. As an intern on the team, you will work in close partnerships with international regional teams and other stakeholders.

The approximate dates of this internship are June 2025 through December 2025. If selected for this role, you will report to the manager of International Television Strategy & Operations. A cover letter indicating your interest in the International Content Strategy & Operations Intern, Summer/Fall 2025 position is required.

What You Will Do

  • Support team with day-to-day tracking of the International Content slate and the creation of presentation materials about this content

  • Provide ad hoc support on projects and tasks

  • Work with colleagues based in the US and International markets to capture information and learn more about team’s business

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong curiosity about international content and/or business

  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well in a team environment, across a matrixed organization, with a variety of international businesses and cultures

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Attention to detail with high standards of quality excellence

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize project workflow in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive can-do attitude with strong initiative and follow through

  • Proficient with Office Suite and Airtable

Preferred Qualifications

  • An affinity for the brands and franchises of Disney

Education

  • Senior year preferred

  • Students pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in International Business/Finance, Communications, Marketing, Advertising or related field.

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.

  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information

  • Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship

  • The approximate dates of this internship are June 2025 through December 2025

  • Fully available from Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm PT for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week

  • Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Burbank, California area

  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work

The pay rate for this role in California is $22.00 per hour.
