Description
We are offering an employment opportunity for an Data Architect, based in Burbank, California. This role is within the technology industry and entails working in an onsite environment. As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders, understanding data requirements, developing data strategies, and implementing data architectures. The role also demands mentoring entry level team members, providing technical leadership, and continuously innovating in the field.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate efficiently with business stakeholders and product managers to comprehend data requirements and formulate data strategies that align with the business objectives.
• Lead the creation and implementation of data architectures, including semantic and dimensional models, to facilitate efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
• Create and maintain documents such as data standards, governance policies, and best practices to ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
• Work hand-in-hand with data engineers and data product managers to implement scalable data analytical solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge technologies and tools to enhance data architecture and foster innovation.
• Mentor entry level team members to build technical expertise and drive continuous improvement in the field.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams on the best practices and standards for data architecture.
• Design and implement business analytics and data science data architectures, tailored to solve complex problems.
Requirements • Proficient in Documentation practices to accurately record and communicate information architecture.
• Experience in Marketing to effectively promote and communicate the value of data architecture.
• Understanding of Policy development and implementation to ensure compliance with data standards.
• Strong Design skills to conceptualize and implement effective information architecture.
• Familiarity with Security protocols related to data protection and privacy.
• Ability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial analyses as required.
• Experience with Implementation of data architecture in business settings.
• Proficient in SQL for database management and operations.
• Strong skills in Data Analysis for interpreting and leveraging data insights.
• Ability to work with Stakeholders at all levels to align data architecture with business goals.
• Experience with Cloud Technologies such as Microsoft Azure and AWS Technologies.
• Familiarity with Best Practices in information architecture and data management.
• Understanding of data Storage solutions and their implementation.
• Knowledge of various Methodologies used in data architecture.
• Proficiency in Computer Sciences to support technical aspects of the role.
• Willingness to work Onsite as required.
• Experience with Business Intelligence Technologies for data visualization and reporting.
• Familiarity with various Modeling Techniques used in information architecture.
• Ability to drive Innovation in data architecture practices.
• Knowledge of Data Science principles and methodologies.
• Experience with Governance of data resources to ensure quality and consistency.
• Ability to Drive Continuous Improvement in data architecture practices.
