A company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Call Center Representative with a strong sales background to join our team. The call center representative will play a pivotal role in serving our customers and potential customers by providing product and service information, resolving product and service issues, and through excellent salesmanship, drive growth for our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding products and services, quickly and efficiently.

  • Utilize various software, scripts, and tools appropriately.

  • Make sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.

  • Utilize the principles of sound sales technique to maximize conversions.

  • Be patient and empathetic to customer issues and resolve their complaints promptly.

  • Acknowledge and pinpoint sales opportunities to help the business achieve its sales goals.

  • Document all call information accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers, as appropriate, and ensure that the customer is thoroughly informed and satisfied with the service.

  • Meet individual KPIs and team sales targets.

  • Engage in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying the details and needs.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a call center representative or sales representative in telesales.

  • Strong phone handling, active listening, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency with relevant computer systems, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and guidelines.

  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher educational degree preferred.
