Looking for individuals that want to be a part of a fast paced customer service environment! We want that can-do attitude, self-starters only, and ability to multi-task and strive for first call resolution! Pay rate is $18.5/hour, full-time shifts 12pm to 9pm, temp to permanent opportunity with one of our top clients!

Responsibilities

Fast paced client looking for an inbound customer service representative that would be trained on incoming contacts via phone, email, or chat. This position would be a hybrid position, located within driving distance to Buford GA. Shift: 12pm-9pm EST and pay rate $18.50/hour. Long term opening that is on a temp to hire basis!

• Requires distraction free quiet workspace at home.

• High speed internet, ability to connect to an ethernet cord directly.

• Customer centric with recent call center service experience.
