Job Description:

Partnering in a dyad model with Kaleida's physician leader of anesthesia services, Vice President Anesthesia Operations establishes strategic direction and provides leadership over the standardization and direction of hospital-based inpatient and ambulatory-based outpatient anesthesia functions, staff and locations. Collaborates with site-based leadership to guide operations of anesthesia and system leaders to develop a system's approach. Collaborates extensively with leadership from inpatient and ambulatory settings to drive overall alignment of anesthesia services.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

BS in business, nursing, healthcare administration, or related field required. Master's in business, nursing, healthcare administration, or related field preferred. 10 years of increasingly responsible professional/management experience to include clinical operations, overseeing large operational and capital budgets, leading multi-disciplinary teams, driving employee and clinician engagement, and anesthesia operations/leadership. 2 years of process improvement experience preferred.
