New Era LLC Temporary HR Analyst in Buffalo, New York
The Temporary HR Analyst is the subject matter expert for HRIS, including providing ongoing support to HR projects and initiatives that require reporting, data analysis as well as data input. The Temporary HR Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end reporting and data analytics for the employee lifecycle and developing a workstream of business consultation using actionable insights to help inspire change. This role requires a strong background in Human Resources and data analysis, with a focus on using data-driven approaches to improve employee engagement, retention, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness. ADP Workforce Now experience is required for this role. This is an in-person, temporary position located in our Buffalo, NY office.
Responsibilities
Analytics/Reporting:
Support and execute reporting needs across all HR functions including configuration for new reports, troubleshooting existing reports, and advising on potential reporting solutions
Help create and run models that dive deep into the organizations' people data across the full employee lifecycle
Prepare dashboards with strategic insights and predictive analytics for easy digestion that present data in a meaningful and actionable framework
Develops and maintains appropriate benchmarks for other organizations
Develop key performance indicators, quality metrics, and reporting by working collaboratively with cross-functional business partners and vendors
Monitor data and analytic trends to identify opportunities to adopt Artificial Intelligence
Data/System:
Manage HRIS, ADP Workforce Now, to ensure system is being used to its highest capabilities. Work with ADP to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
Ensure high level of data integrity through periodic audits and data cleanup. This person will be accountable for accurate and timely global HR data.
Coordinate global projects relating to data through regular follow-up and assistance with/to regional HR team members
Develop and provide necessary training to end users to increase their effectiveness and utilization of various systems
Constantly research and evaluate new and alternative solutions/technologies to enhance operational effectiveness
Maintain employee confidence by keeping information confidential
Additional duties and project work as needed.

Deep technical hands-on expertise in data analytics, data visualization, business intelligence, and reporting

Education and Experience
ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred, strong ADP custom reporting skills desired
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science or related data analytics field. Relevant job experience in lieu of degree may be acceptable
5 - 7 years of experience managing HRIS and developing robust analytical reports
Experience in the application of statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis and related analytical tools
Skilled in interpreting, extrapolating and interpolating data for statistical research and modeling

The hourly rate for this posted position is $30.00 - $40.00 per hour and pertains to candidates located in Western New York. Actual compensation is determined by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, education, essential job duties and requirements, and necessary experience.
