Job Description:

Under the direction of the Vice President Physician Services and Medical Affairs and the Director of Physician Services, provide ongoing paralegal support to the Physician Services Department staff and other departments within the organization on all aspects of physician services, physician contracts and physician contract compliance matters. Responsible for relaying communications to outside general counsel. Train and provide guidance to paralegals within the department.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

BA/BS in Paralegal Studies from four-year college or university; Or 10+ years paralegal/legal assistant related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) required. Extensive exposure to employment and independent contractor contracts and related experience in healthcare preferred. Notary Public preferred.

Salary Range:

$56,891-$87,067 annually Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
