Summary: ServiceNow System Administrator with extensive experience in overall platform maintenance, including system health checks and performance optimization. Proficient in managing security features, such as Access Control Lists (ACLs) and user authentication mechanisms. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and its integration with other ITSM tools, along with expertise in configuring and maintaining Service Catalogs and the Employee Service Portal. Skilled in building complex workflows for service requests and incident management, writing and debugging background scripts, and integrating ServiceNow with external systems like Microsoft Teams and Intune.
Salary range is $88,639 - $111,897 which includes a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications:Required Education and Experience
1. Master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, management information systems or a related field; or
2. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, management information systems or a related field and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time computer systems or business systems analyst experience; or
3. Associates degree in computer science, engineering, data science, management information systems or a related field and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time computer systems or business systems analyst experience; or
4. High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma with a diploma or certificate in a computer science, or related field and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time computer systems or business systems analyst experience.
NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
