One Family.PURPOSE STATEMENT The Sales Planner will support the achievement of AOP targets ensuring that the assigned field sales teams have necessary planning support to most effectively and efficiently reach targeted food service operators while balancing distributor requests.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES Lead the establishment of Local Market Plans customized for each field sales associate in the assigned Zone; refresh each plan on 6 month intervals Create relevant and corresponding Local Market Plans for each broker market As requested or needed, provide support to the various sales training programsEstablish and Maintain Field Sales Associate Book of Business Provide support for Field Sales forecasting and revenue/promotions tracking Leverage the CRM system to create, maintain and update the field sales associates Book Of Business Leverage CRM and other systemsChoreograph the Sales execution against Integrated Marketing and Strategic customer campaigns Ensure each plan is consistent with the Division and category strategies; the marketing calendar and campaigns; and the Division sales strategies and specific sales initiatives (i.e., commercial chains, non-commercial initiatives and priority segments, and corporate account key initiatives) Coordinate and manage monthly governance (analyze, collect, process and prep for review) Provide Field Sales input to marketing for the development of relevant merchandising solutions for operators and distributors Work with marketing to ensure Rich's RED is maximized and contains updated and relevant field sales information Vet campaigns Load campaigns in CRMKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree required (in Marketing, Analytics, Business or related field) Minimum 3-5 years' analytical/financial experience Strong analytical and problem solving skills Demonstrated project management skills including the ability to synthesize data and drive insights and outcomes; ability to prioritize A proven track record of successfully working in an environment where a high degree of collaboration is required Demonstrated customer-centric mindset Demonstrated self-starter and results driven to improve customer relationships as well as increasing profitability Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Solid written and verbal communication skills to include strong presentation skills Ability to work cross functionally Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects with conflicting deadlines is required. Strong PC proficiency to include comprehensive Microsoft Office software competency including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Advanced level Excel user (experience in Salesforce, PowerBi or other CRM a plus) Solid understanding of Food Service Division portfolio, customer management processes a plus Ability to travel up to 15%COMPENSATIONIn accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
