Position Summary:

The School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (https://engineering.buffalo.edu/) ( SEAS ) is seeking to hire highly motivated and skilled Postdoctoral Associates to join its labs. Positions are available within the various School’s Departments.

The successful candidate will perform independent and directed research to achieve the objectives of the research project within your department. Your work will require the theoretical and practical application of a body of highly specialized knowledge.

Tasks you will be responsible for may include:

  • organize and implement research plans

  • develop methods or research that incorporate highly specialized training in a specific specialty

  • conduct tests procedures and engage in data collection

  • analyze, evaluate, and present findings in professional journals and at professional conferences and meetings

  • mentoring graduate and/or undergraduate students

This is a pooled posting. Positions are filled on an as needed basis.
