Delaware North Lead Governance Analyst in Buffalo, New York

The Opportunity

Delaware North is hiring a full-time Lead Governance Analyst to join our team at our Global Headquarters in Buffalo, New York. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $79900 - $107800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities

  • Manage projects to scope requirements for data markets, coordinating input and approval from across Delaware North

  • Develop reports and dashboards to enhance decision-making for managers and team members

  • Identify, define, and test company-wide metrics, as well as ensuring data integrity, and profiling metrics in each domain

  • Build and apply data quality rules, creating and measuring performance in KPI dashboards against established thresholds and targets

  • Develop a content governance structure, actively test for data integrity issues, and create data quality improvement plans in collaboration with data governance within the business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Management, Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or other related field

  • 4+ years’ experience in data and analytics, preferably within hospitality, food and beverage, and retail

  • Experience working with Structured Query Language, BI tools, and large or relational databases

  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and distribute significant amounts of information with accuracy
