Description

Greenlight Networks is hiring aDirector of Marketingto lead the company’s residential demand generation and ecommerce sales in support of its growth trajectory. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth. The Director of Marketing will also be responsible for driving ARPU (Average Revenue per User), both in new customer acquisition as well as increasing revenue in base customers. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead a team to execute integrated marketing campaigns across various tactics, markets and channels.

The Director of Marketing is will contribute to these essntial functions in the following significant ways:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Monitor competitor, market industry trends to benchmark activities and identify opportunities and threats.

Customer Acquisition:

  • Lead demand generation, digital acquisition, and direct marketing efforts to drive new customer relationships.

  • Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition campaigns, conversion rate optimization, and tracking customer acquisition metrics.

  • Create and implement marketing strategies that focus on acquiring new customers leveraging various marketing channels, including search engine optimization, paid search, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.

  • Review and accelerate the company’s GTM approach and positioning across new markets, growing markets and mature markets to drive penetration rates.

  • Stay updated on e-commerce and digital marketing trends and best practices to drive online engagement and conversions.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and industry partners.

  • Manage agencies and partners to optimize website, buy flow and conversion performance.

  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that deliver the highest ROI.

Campaign Management and Analytics:

  • Lead overall execution and project management of marketing campaign tactics and schedules, working to accelerate GTM execution and reach acquisition targets Set campaign objectives, KPIs, and budgets, and monitor performance against targets.

  • Constantly monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement. Optimize campaigns to maximize return on investment.

  • Leverage data-driven analytics to track KPI's, generate insights, and make recommendations for new campaign optimization.

Base Management:

  • Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers and maximize their lifetime value.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing customers.

  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify base growth opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

  • Provide guidance and direction to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

  • Manage resources to maximize productivity.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that deliver the highest ROI.

  • Track expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

  • Our job titles may span more than one career level. The hourly rate for this role is between $130k - $150k The actual hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Position Requirements

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a track record of successful campaign management and team leadership.

  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms, ecommerce, CRM platforms, email marketing, direct response marketing and funnel conversion.

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Self-starter that is detail oriented and has strong relationship and project management skills.

  • Deadline driven with the ability to juggle many projects at once in a dynamic, early-stage company.

  • Strategic mind with capability to execute tactically in a dynamic, growing organization.

  • Exemplary interpersonal, oral, written, and technical communication and presentation skills.
