Position Summary:

The University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, Department of Restorative Dentistry (https://dental.buffalo.edu/departments/restorative-dentistry.html) , is presently conducting a search for full-time tenure track faculty.

Major responsibilities include:

• Pre-clinical and clinical teaching of general restorative dentistry at pre and post-doctoral level.

• Conduct research with students and, possibly, in collaboration with other faculty, with the goal to establish an externally funded research program and peer-reviewed publications.

Faculty rank commensurate with teaching experience. A faculty practice opportunity is available for NYS licensed individuals.

Minimum Qualifications:

DDS , DMD or equivalent degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must be eligible for licensure in New York State

• Tenure track applicants must present evidence of scholarly activity and an established independent research program

• Previous teaching experience

• Clinical Practice experience
