Summary:
This part-time position reviews applications for appropriateness; conducts orientations according to The Joint Commission (TJC) and Roswell Park policies and procedures; maintains volunteer information in the database including health requirements, in-services and hours for recognition events; assists in the management, placement and supervision of volunteers; organizes the High School summer program including music played in the Main Hospital lobby; maintains the Art Committee meeting minutes, updates the database and assists in artwork placement throughout the organization; orders office supplies; handles billing payments. The pay range for this position is $20.37 -$25.00 hourly which includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience

1. Associate's degree and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time experience in the provision of community outreach, volunteer or community education programs or customer service; or
2. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time experience in the provision of community outreach, volunteer or community education programs or customer service.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
