Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Buffalo, New York. This role is vital to our team, focusing on various aspects of account management, invoice processing, and data entry. The successful candidate will be responsible for account reconciliation, check runs, coding invoices, and utilizing various software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process accounts payable.

• Conduct account reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy.

• Perform check runs and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.

• Code invoices accurately for correct categorization.

• Enter data efficiently and accurately, maintaining up-to-date records.

• Process invoices, ensuring they are correctly logged and paid.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and record-keeping.

• Use Oracle software for database management and data input.

• Operate QuickBooks for financial management and accounting tasks.

• Utilize SAP for business operations and customer relations management. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Check Runs

• Skilled in Coding Invoices

• Capable of performing Data Entry tasks

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Oracle software

• Familiarity with QuickBooks software

• Experience with SAP software
