Our RN Clinical Managers provide supervision of care providers; assist in orientation, training, and supervision of new staff; and implement the nursing process: assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating. Provide supervision of care providers to include coaching or disciplinary issues and performance management. Assist in orientation, training, and supervision of new staff Implementing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementing, evaluating Completion of patient care plans and required documentation associated to patients and staff Communicate with physician and other members of multidisciplinary patient care team to implement care coordination of a patient from preadmission to discharge ensuring proper communication of patient care needs to the appropriate professionals.
