Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) is looking for a highly motivated Ssr Contract Administration Specialist to support the Argentina team in handling contracts throughout their lifecycle.
Areas of Responsibility:
Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts.
Enhance the provision of legal terms and conditions for GBS Business,
Support Customer Relationship Manager throughout service proposals, offer preparations and budget presentations.
Maintain and update contract records and documentation.
Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to facilitate contract execution.
Prepare and communicate regular status and progress reports to stakeholders.
Participate in contract billing activities to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
Experience, Skills / Capabilities and Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2-3 year of experience in the role in organizations
Advance level of english (written and verbal)
MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint, Word)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Capability to effectively manage deadlines/time, prioritization, in a fast-paced environment.
