Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) is looking for a highly motivated Ssr Contract Administration Specialist to support the Argentina team in handling contracts throughout their lifecycle.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts.

  • Enhance the provision of legal terms and conditions for GBS Business,

  • Support Customer Relationship Manager throughout service proposals, offer preparations and budget presentations.

  • Maintain and update contract records and documentation.

  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to facilitate contract execution.

  • Prepare and communicate regular status and progress reports to stakeholders.

  • Participate in contract billing activities to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

Experience, Skills / Capabilities and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • 2-3 year of experience in the role in organizations

  • Advance level of english (written and verbal)

  • MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint, Word)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Capability to effectively manage deadlines/time, prioritization, in a fast-paced environment.
