Estamos en busca de estudiantes en los últimos años de universidad para unirse a nuestro increíble equipo de People & Culture en Argentina.

Tareas diarias:

• Apoyar a los P&C Partners de Argentina en tareas operativas y estratégicas.

• Crear requisiciones de empleo en Workday cuando sea necesario contratar una nueva posición.

• Construir y consolidar organigramas.

• Diseñar piezas de comunicación, armar listas y enviarlas a los diferentes destinatarios.

• Apoyar en la logística de diferentes actividades e iniciativas propuestas por el área.

Habilidades y conocimientos requeridos:

• Estudiante avanzado en Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales, Psicología, Administración de Empresas o carreras relacionadas.

• Conocimiento avanzado de Excel (tablas dinámicas, macros, fórmulas).

• Nivel de ingles (intermedio/avanzado).

Nice to have:

¡Mentalidad positiva y alto nivel de energía son ideales para el rol y el equipo!
