Como parte del equipo de IT, tendrás la oportunidad de ser el punto de contacto principal para otras gerencias, ofreciendo soluciones y soporte principalmente en el área técnica.

Tareas diarias:

• Configuración de cuentas para nuevos usuarios durante su incorporación y al finalizar su relación laboral.

• Reparación y reemplazo de equipos.

• Pruebas de nueva tecnología.

• Gestión de garantías para equipos.

• Apoyar al equipo de IT en el sitio y fuera de él.

• Crear incidentes en el sistema CRM.

Habilidades y conocimientos requeridos:

• Conocimientos en IT.

• Habilidad para comunicarse y desarrollarse profesionalmente.

• Proactividad y deseo de aprender nuevas tecnologías.
