Boehringer Ingelheim GAE Demand Liaison in Buenos Aires, Argentina

The position

As a GAE demand Liaison, you will play a pivotal role within the GAE Enablement – Demand & Transition Service team. You will be dedicated and supporting an IT function where you will be accountable for tactical level relationship management, GAE service enablement, demand management, and future roadmap transparency.

Tasks and responsabilities

  • Senior stakeholder management with a focus on value creation, improvement, and transparency.

  • Act as an ambassador for GAE Services within other IT functions.

  • Ensure quality assurance at a tactical level for enabled GAE Services.

  • Develop roadmaps based on service discovery insights to forecast future needs and ensuring GAE support readiness.

  • Proactively identify changing IT function requirements, assess the impact on GAE Services and drive demand management for changed/new scope.

  • Understand the efficiency and value of GAE service offerings and drive end-to-end solution creation.

  • Ensure service enablement quality from data, operations, and process perspectives.

  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Achieve demand Time to Market targets and improve service enablement speed over time.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field / comparable professional experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT and Business, preferably in a business support or corresponding technical support related role.

  • ITIL v4 certification and a strong understanding of IT services fundamentals.

  • Proven experience in senior stakeholder and demand management.

  • Track record of consistent ownership and result delivery.

  • Strategic thinker and motivator, highly creative, and able to take ownership.

  • Excellent spoken and written English.

  • Strong communication and networking skills with a focus on customer value creation.

  • Advanced English.
