The Coca-Cola Company CPS AR Production Planning Analyst in Buenos Aires, Argentina

We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Planning Specialist to join our team in CABA. This role is integral to ensuring our production processes run efficiently and are aligned with our high standards of quality. What you'll do for us:

  • Analyze and challenge production plans for both dry and liquid parts as developed by the planning department.

  • Develop production wheels using Advanced Planning System (APS), considering both manpower and machinery constraints.

  • Monitor and track the production of dry and liquid parts, ensuring adherence to the planned schedule.

  • Serve as the primary link between the Planning and Production teams, facilitating seamless communication and coordination.

  • Lead the production management of over-forecast cases by adjusting production plans and prioritizing products as needed.

  • Participate actively in product migration routines, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to operations.

  • Define structure generation for new products or product migrations.

  • Generate and manage labels for new products and ensure the correct upload of recipes in the equipment.

  • Ensure the accurate and timely implementation of new products in the production process.

  • Manage and schedule production reworks, coordinating the availability of required materials at the plant.

  • Take ownership of the PTS (Performance to Schedule) metric, ensuring targets are met and continuously improved.

  • Participate in special assignments such as generating information for small project justifications and planning (capacity, benefits, buildup of inventories, etc.), productivity initiatives, or process improvement projects.

  • Identify security, food safety/defense, environmental, and quality risks or opportunities, and apply problem-solving tools to ensure conformity and continuous improvement of processes.

What are the qualifications needed:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; Industrial or Food Engineering careers are preferred.

  • Fluent in English with strong writing, listening, and oral communication skills.

  • Experience with APS (Advanced Planning System) is essential.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Detail-oriented with a proven ability to analyze and challenge production plans.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to improving processes.

  • Strong communication skills to act as a crucial link between the Planning and Production departments.
