The Coca-Cola Company CPS AR Lab Analyst in Buenos Aires, Argentina

At Coca-Cola, we are driven by our passion for bringing beverages to life and creating moments of refreshment and joy for our consumers. We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Lab Analyst to join our team in CABA.

What You'll Do for Us:

As a Lab Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and excellence of our products. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting physical-chemical, microbiological, and sensory analysis of raw materials, intermediate and finished products, environment, and packaging.

  • Ensuring all analyses are performed according to company specifications, with integrity and objectivity.

  • Making usage decisions (approval or rejection) for analyzed materials.

  • Supporting the measurement and control of operational processes to drive continuous improvement and positive impact on key indicators.

  • Executing analytical activities with a focus on waste reduction, process optimization, and compliance with the Plant Management System and Quality Assurance department standards.

  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, adhering to GMP, GLP, and ISO 17025 standards.

  • Performing calibration and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.

  • Monitoring analytical results using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and employing statistical and problem-solving tools effectively.

  • Conducting Shelf life extension processes according to company requirements.

  • Writing, reviewing, and performing work instructions for the Integrated Management System.

  • Participating in sensory evaluation panels and maintaining the sensory panel according to company requirements.

  • Conducting internal audits of the Management System and ensuring product safety through personal hygiene and compliance with FSSC 22000 risk analysis.

  • Acting as an Operational Excellence (OE) Change Agent and supporting global initiatives for continuous improvement.

What Are the Qualifications Needed:

  • Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Chemistry or Food Technology.

  • Intermediate level of English proficiency.
