The Role: Client Services Associate Development Program (ADP),

The Team: Client Services Associates are the first point of contact for clients. You’ll work with them personally to optimize their workflows and streamline their research and data analysis needs. If you’re a natural problem solver with a passion for finance then this could be the role for you.

The Impact: As a member of Client Services, you will serve as a solution generalist for the S&P Global Market Intelligence platforms. Working as a team player is very important in this role. Client Services interacts with many internal teams, including Sales, Content, Product, and Technical Support.

Responsibilities:

  • Helping clients to navigate and extract data from the S&P Global Market Intelligence product range. Provide assistance with building models using our Excel Plug-in.

  • Coordinating with the content, commercial and technical teams to address any client queries and ensure our data is maintained to the highest standards.

  • On the later stages of development, proactively reaching out to clients to deliver demos and train them on our various offerings. Developing an understanding of the client’s workflow prior to the training and provide tailored instructional content to help clients maximize their usage of the S&P Global Market Intelligence product range

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English.

  • Passion in building relationships with finance professionals and enthusiasm in learning and working in the financial services industry.

  • Ability to prioritize and strong teamwork.

  • Positive, flexible, and proactive with a “can do” attitude.

  • Working hours: 7 am to 4 pm or 8 am to 5.

  • Flexibility to occasionally work on planned weekend coverage (Saturday or Sunday, having a weekday off instead)

Basic Qualifications:

  • Outstanding English command written and oral

  • University student or graduate (Finance, Business Administration, Economics preferred), or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in additional languages: German, French, Portuguese, Italian.

  • Additional citizenship is a bonus.
